Release and Waiver of Liability and Indemnity Agreement

- Community discussions and experiential practices
All offerings are educational and experiential in nature and are not a substitute for medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, or financial services.
2. Educational Nature & No Professional Advice
Dualistic Unity does not provide:
- Medical advice
- Mental health diagnosis or treatment
- Psychotherapy or crisis services
- Legal or financial advice
Participation in our content and services does not create a therapist-client, doctor-patient, or fiduciary relationship.
If you are experiencing severe emotional distress, mental health crisis, or require medical or psychological care, please seek support from a licensed professional or emergency services in your area.
3. Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge and understand that participation in workshops, coaching sessions, discussions, and experiential practices may involve emotional, psychological, or social risk, including but not limited to:
- Emotional discomfort
- Psychological insight or destabilization
- Re-examination of beliefs, identity, or relationships
These risks are inherent in reflective and awareness-based work and cannot be eliminated.
By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks, known and unknown, foreseeable and unforeseeable, associated with your participation.
4. Release and Waiver of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you hereby:
- Release and discharge Dualistic Unity Media Inc., its directors, officers, employees, contractors, facilitators, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising from participation in our services.
- Agree that Dualistic Unity shall not be liable for any psychological, emotional, physical, or relational outcomes resulting from participation, whether arising from negligence or otherwise.
If any portion of this waiver is held invalid under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
5. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dualistic Unity Media Inc. from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your participation in our services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your conduct toward other participants
6. Payments, Billing & Security
- All payments are processed securely through PayPal.
- Dualistic Unity does not store or process credit card or banking information on its servers.
- You are responsible for ensuring accurate payment details at the time of purchase.
7. All Sales Are Final
All purchases are final and non-refundable, including but not limited to:
- Workshops
- Digital content
- Coaching sessions
- Courses and recorded materials
No refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances unless explicitly stated in writing prior to purchase.
8. Coaching Sessions & Rescheduling Policy
For one-on-one or group coaching sessions:
- A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule.
- Sessions missed without proper notice are forfeited and will not be refunded or rescheduled.
- Dualistic Unity is under no obligation to reschedule missed appointments.
9. Participant Conduct
By participating in any Dualistic Unity offering, you agree to:
- Act with respect, consideration, and mindfulness toward others
- Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior
- Honor confidentiality and shared space
Dualistic Unity reserves the right to remove any participant from an event, workshop, or session without refund if behavior is deemed harmful, disruptive, or unsafe. This determination is at our sole discretion.
10. Intellectual Property
All content provided by Dualistic Unity, including but not limited to text, audio, video, recordings, worksheets, and materials, is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not:
- Reproduce, distribute, or resell content
- Record live sessions without explicit permission
- Use content for commercial purposes
Personal, non-commercial use only is permitted unless otherwise stated.
11. No Guarantees
Dualistic Unity makes no guarantees regarding outcomes, insights, emotional states, personal growth, or transformation.
Results vary widely based on individual participation, context, and readiness.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Dualistic Unity Media Inc. is registered and operating, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Acknowledgment
By purchasing, accessing, or participating in any Dualistic Unity offering, you acknowledge that:
You understand that you are waiving certain legal rights
